About the Role

Intellipaat is a leading global online professional training provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling leads in the CRM to understand their up-skilling requirements and pitching the right course.
• Consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identifying references from existing customers to increase the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.
• Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects.
• Understanding customer requirements in the assigned geography and providing feedback for future product portfolio improvement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Decent exposure working with any CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation (Except Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts).

Skills Preferred

• Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.

Work Details

• Working days: 6 days a week.
• Working Hours: Total 9 Hours (including 1 hour break).
• Productive Hours: 8 hours.
• Work location: Work from Office in Arekere, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.

Compensation

For Both Interns and Full Time Employees:

• First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period):
• ₹25,000 fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives.
• Post Completion of 6 Months:
• CTC revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising:
• ₹4.2 LPA Fixed
• ₹3.8 LPA Variable

Note:

• First month's salary will be held and released with the fourth month's salary for retention.
• No agreement, bond, or contract will be taken from the company.
• Notice period is required for leaving the company.
• Leaves will be provided only for Final Examinations.
