Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and judicial precedents.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and other legal documents.
• Assist in matters relating to arbitration, commercial litigation, contractual disputes, and real estate and infrastructure disputes.
• Prepare case summaries, research notes, and briefs for court and arbitral tribunal hearings.
• Assist with case preparation, document review, and file management.
• Monitor relevant judicial developments and maintain proper records of ongoing matters.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn.
• Prior internship experience in litigation or arbitration will be an added advantage.
• Location: Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
