AI Fashion Specialist, Image Generation

About the Role

FlixStock is a Generative AI company focused on the fashion industry, specializing in creating fashion catalogs and creative assets using advanced generative AI technologies.

We are looking for an AI Fashion Specialist – Image Generation with a strong understanding of fashion, styling, and visual aesthetics, along with an interest in AI-driven image creation. You will work with AI-powered tools and internal platforms to generate high-quality fashion images based on client briefs and creative requirements.

The ideal candidate has a strong fashion background, excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving AI technologies and creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Fashion Brief & Reference Understanding

• Understand client briefs, fashion requirements, and creative directions.
• Analyze garment references, model poses, styling, fabrics, colours, and visual aesthetics.
• Interpret fashion concepts and translate them into actionable image-generation requirements.
• Identify visual gaps or inconsistencies and ensure alignment with the expected output.

AI Image Generation & Prompt Development

• Generate fashion images using internal AI tools and image-generation platforms.
• Create, test, and refine prompts to achieve the desired visual output.
• Experiment with different prompts, references, and parameters to improve image quality.
• Ensure accurate representation of garments, models, poses, styling, and other visual elements.
• Continuously explore and adapt to new AI image-generation techniques and workflows.

Image Review & Quality Control

• Review AI-generated images for visual accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
• Identify issues related to garment details, fabric textures, colours, proportions, model appearance, poses, and styling.
• Ensure generated images align with fashion standards, client briefs, and brand guidelines.
• Refine and regenerate images wherever required to meet quality benchmarks.
• Maintain consistency across image sets and production requirements.

Final Image Delivery

• Ensure final images meet defined quality and production standards.
• Follow established file naming conventions, formats, and folder structures.
• Maintain proper tracking of generated images, revisions, and final outputs.
• Deliver assigned tasks within defined timelines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized fashion institute or university.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, fabrics, silhouettes, styling, and aesthetics.
• Good visualization skills and the ability to interpret fashion references accurately.
• Basic understanding of, or hands-on experience with, AI image-generation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality assessment skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and iterative production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with generative AI tools or AI-powered creative platforms.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI image-generation workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other image-editing software.
• Understanding of fashion photography, model poses, lighting, and composition.
• Experience in fashion e-commerce, catalogue production, or digital fashion content.
• Exposure to international fashion brands and client requirements.
