About the Role
MedTourEasy is a global healthcare facilitator. This is a remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare and partner-related data from various sources.
- Perform basic data analysis.
- Generate reports and dashboards.
- Support the evaluation of international care alternatives with data-driven insights.
- Work with senior team members to develop and refine data models.
- Interpret statistical results.
- Present findings in a clear, structured format.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
- Knowledge of Statistics and the ability to apply statistical concepts.
- Excel, SQL, or a programming language (e.g., Python or R) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic Data Modeling skills and familiarity with organizing data for analysis.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in healthcare, global health systems, or medical tourism is an advantage.
