About the Role

MedTourEasy provides guidance and data to help individuals and organizations evaluate healthcare options worldwide. This remote traineeship Data Analyst program focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making for global healthcare insights and provider solutions. Team members have the opportunity to contribute to projects that impact healthcare accessibility and quality across borders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize datasets from various sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis.
• Generate basic statistical summaries.
• Assist in building and refining data models.
• Prepare visualizations.
• Create clear reports or dashboards to communicate findings to internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.
• Document methodologies.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excel, SQL, or basic data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience applying Data Analytics techniques to interpret and summarize complex information.
• Working knowledge of Statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods relevant to data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of Data Modeling concepts and ability to support the design and refinement of data structures.
• Clear and effective Communication skills for presenting findings, writing concise reports, and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Coursework or training in data science, mathematics, computer science, economics, public health, or a related field is preferred.
