Banking Operations New Associate

About the Role

• Transform banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model to address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures, and ensure business sustainability.
• Perform core banking operations, including payments, which involve essential functions supporting daily bank activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, including account opening and KYC.
• Process transactions, handle deposits and withdrawals, and facilitate payments (Example: SWIFT, EFT).
• Ensure smooth and efficient banking services for customers, maintaining financial stability and customer trust.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and security measures.
• Review dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback claims and honor requests as per regulation E.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
