About the Role
Growth Darji is a strategy and brand studio seeking a Content Manager who thinks and breathes content. This is a full-time or freelance, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own content thinking end-to-end: from idea to execution and iteration.
- Build 30-day content calendars that are engaging and memorable.
- Develop creative angles, hooks, and formats for reels, carousels, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies, creators, and editors to bring content ideas to life.
- Work closely with the founder to ship content consistently.
- Track content performance, identify what's working, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to generate 10 solid hooks in 10 minutes.
- Skill in analyzing why content goes viral.
- Capacity to transform mundane products into engaging content.
- Excellent writing skills that sound human and authentic.
- Understanding of internet culture, memes, and timing.
- Ability to identify patterns in successful content.
- Insane curiosity and the ability to explore ideas deeply.
- Experience in managing people without becoming overly corporate.
Qualifications
- Less than 4 years of experience preferred.
- Applicants currently in college who can deliver are encouraged to apply.
- You should be comfortable with a fast-paced, messy environment with high ownership and high expectations.
- You should enjoy figuring things out and pushing for quality.
Note: Where you studied, previous company, or fancy titles are not as important as your ability to perform and think creatively.
How to Apply
Send to [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject line "I can run your content machine":
- 2-3 content ideas for a brand selling period underwear (or any menstrual hygiene product).
- For each idea, include your proposed hooks, format, and justification for why it will work.
- Links to any relevant created content (if available).
We are interested in seeing how you think, not just what you have done.
