We are inviting applications from motivated graduates who are passionate about software engineering and eager to gain practical industry experience through our 3-Month Corporate Internship Program. Selected interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, including Emplinx, our Workforce Management platform, while gaining exposure to professional software development practices.

Internship Opportunities

Candidates can apply for one of the following technical specializations based on their interests and skills:

1. Backend, Data & Intelligence Engineer

• Required Technical Skills:
• Python, Django, and Django REST Framework
• PostgreSQL, SQL, and database management
• REST API development and integration
• Redis and backend application architecture
• Basic understanding of data processing and optimization
• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and maintaining backend applications.
• Build, test, and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with relational databases and data models.
• Identify and resolve backend issues.
• Collaborate with frontend and QA teams.

2. Frontend & Mobile Product Engineer

• Required Technical Skills:
• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Tailwind CSS and HTMX
• Flutter and Dart
• REST API integration
• Responsive web and mobile application development
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop responsive web interfaces.
• Assist in building mobile applications using Flutter.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Identify and resolve UI/UX issues.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to deliver functional product features.

3. QA Automation, Release & Reliability Engineer

• Required Technical Skills:
• Python, Playwright, and pytest
• Manual and automated software testing
• API testing and SQL
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Software quality assurance and defect tracking
• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Validate API functionality and database operations.
• Support release testing and application quality improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates and above from relevant educational backgrounds.
• Freshers and candidates seeking practical industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic programming and technical knowledge relevant to the selected specialization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to professional workflows.
• Availability for the complete 3-month internship.
• Willingness to work from our Hyderabad office.

Full-Time Employment Opportunity

Interns who demonstrate strong technical capabilities, consistent performance, and professional commitment may be considered for full-time employment after completing the internship. Proposed Full-Time Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 (3 LPA). Full-time employment is subject to performance evaluation, available vacancies, and company requirements. Employment is not guaranteed.

• Selection Process:
• Technical Assessment
• Technical Interview
• Final HR Round
• The selection process will be conducted on the same day. Candidates must qualify at each stage to proceed.

Important Terms

• This is a 3-month unpaid internship.
• The internship is entirely office-based; remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
• Regular attendance, professional conduct, and active project participation are mandatory.
• No employment bond is applicable.
• An internship certificate will be issued upon successful completion and fulfillment of company requirements.
