About the Role

You will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical, determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement, vendor compliance, savings and discounts, pricing and terms checks, and accounting for requisitions, purchases, and receipts.
• Process payments by check, wire, SWIFT, and direct debit.
• Run manual and automated payments.
• Check for duplicate payments and apply controls.
• Understand vendor payments, Travel and Expense payments, and taxation.
• Execute manual payments and automated payment runs.
• Run potential duplicate payments reports and take appropriate action.
• Execute payment-related controls.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Manage deliverables and assist the team with workload.

• Invoice Processing Operations
• Finance Processes
• Ability to handle disputes
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Systems Knowledge (preferred)
• Exposure to Yardi ERP (preferred)
• Industry Experience (preferred)
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)

Qualifications

• Any Graduation

This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
