About the Role

You will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes.
• Manage the entire process from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing.
• Focus on solving queries related to cash applications and coordinating with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, and process from payment receipt to finalization.
• Address all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interact primarily within your own team and your direct supervisor.
• Follow detailed instructions on all tasks.
• Make decisions that impact your own work and are closely supervised.
• Function as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
