Key Responsibilities
- Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Maintain billing records.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with billing policies.
- This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Primary skill: Problem Management - P1
- Network Billing Operations
- Good Customer Support Experience preferred
- Good networking knowledge
