About the Role

As a Cashier at Raising Cane’s, you will play an essential role in the Restaurant’s front of house, greeting and assisting customers, filling drink orders, and working the drive-thru. This entry-level position offers opportunities for career advancement through additional training and cross-training.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Fill drink orders
• Work the drive-thru
• Guide the customer experience
• Interact with each customer
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant
• Take orders from Customers and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Previous experience in roles such as customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, or drive-thru cashier is beneficial but not required.
• No experience required; paid training is provided.
