About the Role

Bobcat Pvt Ltd is seeking an AI Artist for an on-site, full-time role in Thane. This role focuses on creating and refining visual assets using AI-based tools and generative art platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs.
• Generate concept art and design variations.
• Iterate on visuals based on feedback from design leads and stakeholders.
• Prepare assets for digital and print use.
• Maintain organized project files.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure consistency in visual style.
• Stay updated on emerging AI art tools.
• Optimize workflows.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the creative process and overall visual identity of the company.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to use AI-based art and design tools (e.g., generative image models, prompt-based design platforms) to produce high-quality visuals.
• Strong foundation in visual design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Proficiency with common digital design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools) for post-processing and refinement.
• Capacity to interpret creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and iterate efficiently on multiple design options.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in design, fine arts, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated artwork, digital illustration, or creative visual projects.
• Experience in commercial or client-facing work is an advantage.
