About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Analyst in Consulting and Research based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting research and analyzing global markets.
- Contributing to strategy development for clients.
- Preparing analytical reports.
- Supporting client engagements.
- Gathering market data.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.
- Identifying industry trends.
- Supporting innovation initiatives.
- Presenting findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in statistical tools, market analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and consulting practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating professional reports and presentations.
- Team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Familiarity with global market dynamics and trends is preferred.
- Prior experience in consulting, research, or a related field is an advantage.
Compensation: ₹25,000 per month for the first 6 months (probation period), increasing to ₹35,000 per month thereafter, subject to performance review.
