Graphic Design Specialist

About the Role

The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print materials that support Shiksolve Education’s brand and communication goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and learning materials.
• Refine existing assets to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, counseling, and content teams to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual formats.
• Manage image editing, logo adaptations, and branding elements.
• Ensure high-quality output aligned with project timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding.
• Strong Image Editing skills.
• Knowledge of visual communication principles and layout design for digital and print media.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with designing for educational or professional development contexts is an advantage.
• Industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) for image editing.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual projects.
• Experience in the development and application of brand guidelines.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
