Analyst

About the Role

The Analyst role at Sparrow Advisory is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Analyst will support transaction execution and advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling.
• Perform valuation analysis.
• Support due diligence.
• Prepare presentations and investment memoranda.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely outputs for client engagements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with M&A processes, capital markets, and transaction documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, including clear business writing, presentation development, and the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.
• Strong collaboration and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Prior internships or experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance are beneficial.
• A strong interest in investment banking and advisory services is a pre-requisite.
