About the Role
You will find, screen, and hire the right people for different roles, and ensure every candidate has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs from managers and plan how to find the right candidates.
- Find candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and take initial HR calls.
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates and managers updated.
- Follow up with candidates, share offers, and help them join smoothly.
- Keep hiring trackers and candidate data up to date.
- Build a pool of good candidates for future openings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn.
- Clear communication and good negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Freshers with internship experience are welcome.
