Houskeeping Executive

About the Role

The Hoxton, Bengaluru City is opening its first hotel in Asia and is seeking an innovative and goal-oriented Housekeeping Executive. This role is crucial in bringing the lifestyle brand to the market in India's "Silicon Valley".

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring they are cleaned to brand standards, well-presented, and maintained.
• Support the hotel's operations by ensuring guests have a memorable experience in spotless and well-maintained rooms.
• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, fostering an environment for personal best and encouraging development.
• Take a hands-on approach to training and supporting the team in maintaining high standards.
• Oversee and check the cleaning and servicing of all bedrooms and public areas.
• Work with the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Manager Housekeeping on maintaining and developing the partnership with the external housekeeping provider.

• Knowledge of Opera, or similar property management systems, would be an advantage.
• An eagle-eye for detail and ability to spot deviations from standards.
• Keen to take ownership and pride in work, with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• A natural people person who motivates others and makes them feel good at their jobs.
