Product Manager Intern

About the Role

The Product Manager Intern will support the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and software products, from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and iteration. This internship role is on-site and based in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market and user research.
• Documenting product requirements and user stories.
• Assisting with roadmap planning.
• Helping prioritize features based on business impact.
• Contributing to defining success metrics.
• Tracking product performance.
• Preparing product documentation.
• Supporting demos and client presentations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to conduct structured market, competitor, and user research, and synthesize findings into clear product insights.
• Skills in requirements gathering, writing user stories, and organizing product backlogs using tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of product management concepts, including roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, and defining KPIs or success metrics.
• Comfort working with technical teams and familiarity with software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, or sprint planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation, stakeholder updates, and presentations.
• Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Interest in AI, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Prior coursework, projects, or internships in AI, cloud technologies, or digital transformation are an advantage.
• High level of integrity, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
