Key Responsibilities

• Support the COO in building and scaling new business units, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Work across departments (marketing, operations, customer relations, sales) to execute key projects and drive results.
• Visit vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the seamless execution of supply chain and operational activities.
• Identify challenges proactively, find solutions, and implement them without waiting for direct instructions.
• Maintain high accountability with low supervision, providing detailed, structured, and insightful reporting.
• Streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and create scalable processes to improve business performance.
• Conduct research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for better decision-making.
• Adapt to dynamic business needs, shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Align with the COO’s working style and ensure business requirements are met without friction.
