Key Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on expertise in performance engineering (load, stress, soak, scalability).
- Ability to design production representative workloads using traffic patterns and growth assumptions.
- Execute chaos experiments under load using approved frameworks and tooling.
- Advanced use of Dynatrace / observability platforms for deep analysis and RCA.
- Integrate performance and chaos validation into CI/CD pipelines (shift left / continuous testing).
- Produce clear evidence-based insights and recommendations for delivery teams.
