About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity to launch a career with a growing financial services team supporting investment funds and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cash transactions and general ledger for client funds
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Respond to client and investor inquiries professionally and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams and management
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook)
- Accounting courses (at least 2 completed)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 0+ years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Hybrid Remote | Locations: Philadelphia, Columbus, Ohio | Clifton Park, NY | Albany, NY
Salary: $63K a year
