About the Role
As a Clerk-Inventory (SCM), you will play a vital role in managing the flow of supplies and equipment, ensuring that the right materials reach the right people at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely stock delivery to support seamless operations across the organization.
- Maintain a well-organized storeroom by implementing best-practice stock rotation techniques and proactively removing expired products to minimize waste.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly, using problem-solving skills to maintain system accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date inventory tracking records that serve as the foundation for reliable supply chain management.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders—clinicians, administrators, and colleagues—by providing responsive, professional customer service.
- Collaborate professionally with vendors and team members to support organizational goals and foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency.
- Good attention to detail, vocal skills, reading, and basic math are necessary for this position.
