About the Role

The Data/Information Mgt Analyst is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures, and systems for assigned tasks, and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles. Good understanding of team interaction for accomplishing area objectives. Makes evaluative judgments based on factual analysis. Expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through acquired technical experience, guided by precedents. Ability to exchange information concisely and be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of tasks/services provided. Impact is restricted to own job.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine operational or administrative work.
• Day-to-day actions focused on administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.
• Daily deliverable of routine and defined outputs, while developing knowledge of the broader work context.
• Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
