About the Role
We are hiring a driven Python Developer with 0-2 years of experience to join our core product and ERP implementation team. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who takes ownership, writes clean code, and builds systems that scale. This is not a maintenance-only role. You will work on real production systems, ERPNext customizations, integrations, and SaaS-grade backend services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend features using Python
- Work on ERPNext / Frappe customizations and custom apps
- Build APIs and integrations with third-party systems
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Work with databases (MariaDB/MySQL) and data models
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with functional consultants and product teams
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices
- Support deployments and production issue resolution
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-2 years of Python development experience
- Strong fundamentals in Python programming
- Basic understanding of web frameworks (Frappe, Flask, or Django)
- Familiarity with REST APIs
- Basic SQL and database concepts
- Experience with Git version control
- Understanding of Linux environments is a plus
- Exposure to ERPNext or Frappe is a plus
