About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical, assisting in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting operational data reports.
• Conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Boosting vendor compliance.
• Cutting savings erosion.
• Improving discount capture using preferred suppliers.
• Confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Managing the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Designing, implementing, managing, and supporting accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Ensuring timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
• Managing purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Performing two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Systematically handling and managing incoming invoices, including verifying accuracy, matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.

• BCom
• Ability to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interaction primarily within your own team and direct supervisor.

• Individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
