About the Role
This is a remote internship role in the Marketing Department, focusing on supporting content, community, and outreach initiatives for The iGaming People, a global media platform, intelligence hub, and professional community for the lottery, casino, betting, and gaming sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research on global iGaming trends.
- Gather data on audience engagement.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Manage communication with community members.
- Contribute to social media and email activities.
- Assist with basic reporting on marketing performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Support partner and sponsor-related activities.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and ideas for improving marketing efforts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms).
- Willingness to learn marketing software.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a global audience.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends in the iGaming, betting, and gaming sectors.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in Sales and Marketing Strategy, particularly in digital and community-driven environments.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote work setting.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated interest in iGaming, online entertainment, or digital media is beneficial.
