About the Role
Namaste Global is hiring Institutional Outreach & Growth Interns for Gurukul, its education vertical. This is a field-based internship involving campus outreach and program coordination within your own city.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with colleges, universities, and schools in your region.
- Pitch and coordinate Gurukul programmes with institutions.
- Run campus sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities.
- Manage registrations, follow-ups, and on-ground coordination.
- Own regional targets and report insights to shape growth strategies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable with complete field work within your city.
- Driven to hit targets with dedication and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Final-year students and recent graduates.
- Degrees in: BBA, BMS, MBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, Journalism, Education (B.Ed / M.Ed), Psychology, Social Work (BSW / MSW), Public Policy, Event Management or related fields.
- Confident communicators who enjoy meeting new people.
Internship period: 3 to 6 months
Location: Your own region (across India, no travel outside your city or state)
Stipend: Modest stipend plus allowances
