About the Role
Chipotle is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Crew Members. This role offers a rewarding career path, with over 80% of managers starting as Crew. You will prepare real food by hand, without freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Training will be provided for all stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role emphasizes creating a friendly atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service.
