Intern, Quality Assurance

About the Role

The Teacher Quality Assurance Intern will support the evaluation and enhancement of teaching standards across BrightCHAMPS’ live classes and learning programs. This internship role is on-site and based in Bengaluru South.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing recorded and live sessions for adherence to pedagogy and quality guidelines.
• Documenting observations and preparing clear feedback reports for instructors.
• Assisting in maintaining and updating teaching rubrics, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinating with academic and training teams to implement improvements.
• Data collection and analysis related to learner engagement and outcomes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
• Comfort working with data related to class quality and learner engagement.
• Curiosity about edtech, future-ready skills (such as Coding, Robotics, AI, or Financial Literacy).
• Commitment to learner-centered education.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and observational skills, with the ability to evaluate teaching quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing feedback reports and collaborating with educators and internal teams.
• Interest or background in education, instructional design, pedagogy, or child development.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Psychology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
