About the Role
Kosh is India’s first digital Microfinance platform for the blue-collared workforce in India, offering Joint Liability loans through its mobile app. Kosh is active in 8 States and covers 30+ districts, aiming to provide targeted financial products in savings, credit, and investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite secured and unsecured loan proposals for customers according to laid-down policies and procedures to honor agreed SLAs and manage city/area business volumes.
- Conduct personal discussions with customers to establish creditworthiness.
- Ensure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification, including telephonic, field, and collateral visits.
- Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met.
- Ensure credit policy adherence to accepted standards.
- Control and contain front-end delinquencies by calling customers on the first presentation.
- Manage and supervise a team of credit underwriters and provide guidelines.
