About the Role
Table for Tous is a patisserie and cafe in HSR, Bangalore, specializing in gourmet desserts. This position is for the night shift from 5 pm - 1 am.
Working Hours
- 8-hour shift
- 6 days a week
- Preferred timings: 5 pm - 1 am
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, serve, and package coffee and other beverage orders for both delivery and dine-in.
- Follow recipes accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Keep the work area, including the espresso machine, coffee grinder, and brewing equipment, clean and sanitised.
- Prepare and maintain a stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Regularly clean and maintain coffee machines and other equipment to ensure they operate smoothly.
- Assist guests with detailed information about the menu items (portion size, ingredients, etc.) and offer recommendations.
- Provide a high-quality experience to customers.

Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers are welcome).
- No prior barista experience required — training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn coffee and customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Basic understanding of hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Availability to work weekends and peak hours.
- Must be in Bangalore and able to attend an interview at the cafe.
