About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with job postings and day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR.
