- International Voice Process - Customer Service

Key Responsibilities
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Respond to customer's issues on TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English verbal and written skills required.
- Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.

Qualifications
- Min. Intermediate/12th/PUC/Graduate
