Senior Associate - SaT - AMI - SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence - New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence across transactions, assessing historical and normalized financial performance.
• Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and cash flow considerations.
• Identify key deal risks, anomalies, and value drivers through structured financial analysis.
• Support transaction advisory engagements by preparing clear, data-driven diligence findings and reports.
• Demonstrate solid consulting fundamentals with a strong focus on due diligence execution and transaction-oriented financial analysis.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Chartered Accountant

Qualifications

• Experience: Up to 5 years
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
• Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems.
• Ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
• Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy.
• Adaptable and creative in approach.
