International Customer Support - US Analyst
Work Locations

Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through calls, chat, and other voice/non-voice channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional written communication and service quality.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain proper records and update customer information accurately.
- Work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduates/UG/Exp | All can apply
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills, especially written English.
- Good typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in an international BPO/customer support environment.
- Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary
- 2.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA
- Fresher salary: 21k to 25k in-hand + incentive up to 10k
- International Exp: 25k to 35k in-hand + incentive up to 15k
