About the Role
At Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, Order Replenishment Merchandisers play a pivotal role in ensuring iconic brands are always available to customers. This role is perfect for those interested in merchandising popular beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
- Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
- Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
- Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
- Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
- Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
- Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
- Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience is a plus.
