Key Responsibilities
- Long Service Awards: Own the end-to-end celebration of employee milestones, manage hamper ordering and delivery, and craft creatives for work anniversaries.
- Monthly People and Culture Townhall: Partner with the team to shape and deliver a townhall that informs, connects, and energizes employees.
- Employee Engagement: Help design and roll out engagement initiatives in Bangalore to strengthen belonging and workplace culture.
- Health and Wellness Programs: Contribute fresh energy to health and wellness programs.
