About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Medical Billing team as AR Analyst Trainees. Candidates will be trained in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, claim follow-up, denial management, and revenue cycle management within the US Healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
- Analyze claim denials and identify appropriate resolutions.
- Check claim status through payer portals and other available resources.
- Ensure timely processing and closure of assigned accounts.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
- Update claim activities and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Graduate (2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-outs).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ready to work from the office.
Shift Details
- Day Shift or Night Shift.
- Night Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
- Two-way cab facility will be provided for employees working the night shift.
