About the Role
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement till onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies.
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- MBA/ MSW-HR, MBA-HRM, MA-HRM, MA-HR & OD.
Note: Initial 3 months will be an internship with a stipend. Based on performance, the candidate will be converted to a full-time employee.
