About the Role

Storebox AI is hiring multiple Sales Associates in India to own and close inbound customers across international and domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by calling them within minutes of them filling out a form.
• Understand customer needs and answer questions.
• Follow up after proposals.
• Communicate via WhatsApp and email as needed.
• Handle objections.
• Manage opportunities until closing or determining no sale.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent spoken English.
• Comfortable talking to business owners.
• High ownership – do not stop because an assigned task is done.
• Closers, not callers.

Qualifications

• Relentless about following up and closing.
• Extremely hungry and target-driven.
• Persuasive and confident.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Compensation

• ₹20,000–₹25,000 fixed.
• Uncapped incentives:
• ₹1,000 per standard customer closed.
• Up to ₹5,000 per higher-value customer closed.
• Strong performers can earn ₹80,000–₹1 lakh+ per month.

• Whether you have prior sales experience.
• Sales pitch: Demonstrate how you would close a lead for a fully managed website product (Rs. 900/month or $10/month) targeting small businesses like restaurants, car washes, grocery stores, and travel agents. Show handling of objections and follow-ups.
• Video can be recorded using Loom, Google Meet recording, Zoom, phone camera, or any screen recorder.
