Join the UG Growth team at Masters' Union, a premier business school, to gain hands-on experience in student acquisition and engagement. This internship offers a chance to work on real projects that shape the institution's growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Help Run Events That Students Remember: Support event planning, registrations, speaker coordination, and logistics for both online and on-ground events. Maintain trackers, follow-ups, and post-event reports.
• Be Our Eyes on the Market: Track competitor activities, including events, campaigns, student engagement, and industry trends. Generate concise recommendations based on findings.
• Decode How Great Communities Work: Research successful student and school communities, focusing on engagement models, programs, and ambassador networks. Identify best practices for building the school's community.
• Follow the Funnel: Monitor leads, registrations, attendance, and engagement throughout the admissions process. Maintain dashboards, identify gaps, and measure the impact of events on applications and conversions.
• Stay in the Loop: Keep abreast of developments in admissions, marketing, and programs. Develop and maintain a functional research repository for the team.
