About the Role
Gulmahal is seeking an enthusiastic SEO Intern for a 3-month, unpaid, remote internship. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or current students interested in Search Engine Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Create and optimize website content including blog posts, landing pages, and product pages for search engines and users.
- Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
- Assist in link-building activities, including outreach and relationship building with relevant websites.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or current students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Curious and passionate about learning new things.
- Interested in SEO or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar is a plus.
