Framer intern (Mumbai based candidates only)

About the Role

The Framer Intern will work full-time on-site in Mumbai, collaborating closely with the design, product, and engineering teams to create interactive prototypes and user interfaces using Framer.

Key Responsibilities

• Translating product requirements and user flows into high-fidelity designs.
• Building responsive and reusable UI components.
• Iterating based on stakeholder feedback.
• Supporting design documentation.
• Maintaining consistency with the brand and design system.
• Assisting in preparing design assets and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews.
• Researching best practices in UX/UI.
• Experimenting with motion and micro-interactions.
• Contributing ideas to improve user experience across Volody’s CLM product suite.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in UI/UX design tools and practices.
• Familiarity with Framer or similar prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Basic understanding of front-end concepts such as responsive design, layout, and component-based design.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to interpret product requirements, create user flows, and transform concepts into clear, usable interface designs.
• Attention to detail in visual design, typography, spacing, and interaction design.
• Portfolio or sample work demonstrating design skills is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and work in a cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Mumbai-based candidates only, with availability to work full-time on-site at Volody’s Mumbai office.
