Measurement and Reporting Associate

About the Role

The Measurement and Reporting Associate role supports work done by Content Moderation and other Trust Safety resources. This role helps keep the internet safe and assists platform companies in accelerating, scaling, and improving their businesses. While this role is not intended to analyze, work with, view, or proactively engage with sensitive or disturbing content, there is a potential for indirect exposure to such content due to proximity to roles that do review content. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support complex WFM processes including scheduling, forecasting, real-time monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, PMO, Reporting, and MIS) to ensure alignment of workforce strategies with business goals.
• Act as an SME for WFM tools and methodologies, ensuring optimal staffing and service level achievement.
• Leverage AWS cloud solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation of WFM processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across WFM reports and dashboards.
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks to support strategic goals and drive behavioral change.
• Maintain and develop comprehensive documentation for all WFM-related processes.
• Understand diverse operational scenarios and translate them into automated, insightful reports.
• Prepare and summarize findings for on-demand requests to support management, operations, and quality teams.
• Provide actionable insights to Ops Managers or Leads to drive data-informed decisions.
• Support a group that reviews, classifies, and/or removes content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Create prompts to interrogate large language models, evaluating their responses, and contributing to the development of a baseline understanding of responsible AI issues for generative AI.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of WFM Concepts and tools.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and SQL for data manipulation for WFM reporting.
• Experience with Excel-based scheduling models and dashboards.
• Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in WFM as a Schedular, RTAs, Capacity planning, Forecasting, etc.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and skills.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies.
• Interpersonal Skills: Approachable, collaborative, and flexible in team environments.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation.
