About the Role
The Finance Associate role at LEDGORA is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Finance Associate will support day-to-day finance operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong Finance knowledge and the ability to work with core financial concepts and processes.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements.
- Experience in supporting Financial Reporting activities.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to present financial information clearly and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Education & Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software tools (e.g., Excel, accounting/ERP systems) is beneficial.
