The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, communicates professionally with clients, and takes ownership of projects from concept through execution, with guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage events from initial client briefs, proposals, and budgeting through production, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, approvals, and follow-ups throughout the event process.
- Develop and coordinate proposals, presentations, budgets, and project timelines.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, coordinate staffing, and oversee event logistics.
- Collaborate with internal creative, production, print, and sales teams to manage deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.

- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative, with the ability to work independently and know when to seek guidance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in events, production, or project management is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Flexibility to support events outside regular business hours when needed.
Bonus
- Familiarity with Canva (presentations), Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools such as ClickUp, or the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
