Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
About The Role
Anaxee Digital Runners is building India's largest last-mile verification & data collection network of Digital Runners (shared feet-on-street, tech-enabled) to help Businesses & Social Organizations grow & scale phygitally to the next 500 Districts of India, on-demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and gain expertise in the working process, guidelines, and parameters of the assigned tasks.
- Discuss and explain errors and quality issues with the team and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Evaluate actuals with standards and take corrective actions in case of deviation.
- Ensure the quality of the delivered task and reports.
- Prepare MIS/Reports.
- Quality Analysis, Productivity optimization, & Coordination with team members.
- Process and Quality Improvement and giving feedback.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good Communication Skills.
- Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge.
- Has hands-on experience in Tableau or Metabase.
- Previous experience as a BPO / Inbound / Outbound process will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Stipend Range: Depends on interview
