About the Role

• Department: Global Resource Pool Team
• Project Location(s): Pune
• Education: Fresher's only (Any Graduation, Any Masters)
• Compensation: 3,00,000-3,60,000 fixed yearly + performance incentives + fixed loyalty bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Perfectly understanding the project requirement and the exact deliverable.
• Planning and defining milestones and intermediate delivery cycles of the project.
• Briefing the domain expert on the schedule and the exact deliverable details.
• Coordinating flawlessly with the project team and mapping the best resource to the team.
• Making payments for the experts once the project is successfully closed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good English Communication.
• Complete Availability whenever the project team / experts need you.
• We train freshers for the role.

• Hardworking and intelligent freshers with good to awesome communication skills.
• Possess management and leadership capabilities.
