About the Role
The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Harihar.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer vehicle needs and assist in matching them with suitable new or pre-owned cars.
- Explain product features and pricing.
- Coordinate test drives.
- Prepare basic sales documentation.
- Support follow-up communication with potential buyers.
- Help maintain the display area.
- Update vehicle information.
- Collaborate with senior sales and administrative staff to ensure a smooth buying experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Ability to learn and explain vehicle features, financing options, and dealership processes clearly.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy for handling records, email, and simple documentation.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends and peak sales periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Experience with sales or CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Further education in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
